I am a member of the BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis). The BSCH is a body whose aim is to assure high standards in the profession of hypnotherapy. Membership demands high standards of training and ethical practice.

I trained with the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis, which has recently collaborated with Thames Valley producing a regulated and controlled course leading to a Masters Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which includes a one-year course in CBT.

I am a HypnoBirthing Practitioner, fully trained and registered @ HypnoBirthing UK (Mongan Method)

 I am a registered Doula (pronouned "Doola") with Doula UK a registered non profit making organisation.

I completed my training with "Nuturing Births, an acclaimed and reconised course for  Doulas. I completed the following courses Antenatal, Breastfeeding and Postnatal

I am a Fertility Therapist and Practitioner using the Fertile Body Method techniques and programmes.
