The method I use is to combine the above techniques to produce a specific and individual treatment plan 
which is delivered whilst the patient is in a state of deep relaxation or whilst hypnotised.
Hence, the patient is treated with CBT or any other therapy WHILE they are hypnotised:
as opposed to the patient being treated WITH hypnosis. 
My techniques provide a speedy, gentle and homeopathic solution to many every day issues.

About Me
 
I am a member of the BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis).
The BSCH is a body whose aim is to assure high standards in the professional of hypnotherapy.
Membership demands high standards of training and ethical practice. 
I trained with the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis.

A gentle, respectful, and confidential service provided by a professional therapist.
The free initial consultation lasts about half an hour, treatment sessions then last for between 60 to 90 mins.
There is usually a marked improvement after the first session with many conditions needing only between
1 - 5 sessions, though some deep rooted issues may take a little longer. In order to begin about a change
to your body or to remove an unwanted habit or type of behaviour, you first of all need to change your mind;
the way you think, the way you associate things together, your beliefs and your perceptions of past events.
Then you will be able to look forward to a more positive future knowing you are more confident, more relaxed
and feeling better than you have felt in a long time.
